  1. Please review all of the information included below carefully before submitting your application. The registration confirmation that is received will be subject to the following admission rules and any applicable confirmation criteria.
  2. Participants must register for the marathon before the specified deadline and Participants must ensure they are in good health and physically fit to participate in the marathon and should consult with a healthcare professional at least 24 hours prior to the race if it is necessary. Participants with any pre-existing medical conditions should disclose them during registration.

  4. Participants must provide accurate personal information during registration. Confirmed participants must carry the following documents in order to collect his/her number.

  1. A confirmed runner’s identity may be verified by a verification team for validating the details provided by you. If any information or document provided by an applicant or runner at any point in time is found to be incorrect, the participation of the said runner shall be withheld or disqualified. All benefits accruing to the said runner as a participant in the Zil Money Manorama Malappuram Marathon shall stand forfeited.
  2. Participants will be provided with a bib number, which must be clearly displayed on the front of their attire. Race day images of all participants will be screened visually after the race, and if any of the participants are found not wearing the running number allotted to them, they will be disqualified from the race.
  3. Participants must display good sportsmanship and respect for fellow participants, volunteers, and organizers. Be respectful to other entrants, judges, and volunteers. Unruly or disruptive behavior at the event venue, during pre-judging, or during the contest is not permitted, and entrants associated with this behavior will be disqualified. Participants should not use any unfair means to gain an advantage.
  4. Participants must follow the designated course and route as instructed by the organizers, not take shortcuts or deviate from the official course, and adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while on the course.
  5. The organizer shall have the authority to make decisions and establish policies regarding the marathon’s organization and conduct.
  6. The participant shall prioritize safety and establish appropriate safety measures along the marathon route. The participant must traverse on foot. Participants must be aware of their surroundings and exercise caution throughout the marathon. Participants must follow instructions from race officials, security personnel, and medical staff. Participants must report any accidents, injuries, or suspicious activities to the nearest race official.
  7. Participants are prohibited from carrying any weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials. Participants should not use any form of personal transportation, such as bicycles or rollerblades.
  8. Participants may be photographed or filmed during the marathon for promotional purposes. Participants should notify the organizers in advance if they do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
  9. Participants may be disqualified if they fail to comply with the rules and guidelines. Participants found to have cheated or violated any regulations may face penalties or be banned from future events.
  10. If participants have registered more than once, the latest entry will be considered unless otherwise agreed by the Organizer.
  11. Participant should physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent participant from participating in the Event. Participant acknowledge that it is the responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to participating if I have any concerns about my fitness level or health. Participant understands that participating in the Event involves inherent risks, including physical exertion, potential injury, illness, and unforeseen hazards associated with running a marathon. Participant should acknowledge that he is fully aware of the risks involved and voluntarily assume all such risks.
  12. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, participant hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [Zil Money and Manorama ], its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties“) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether now known or unknown, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by participant  during or as a result of participation in the Event, regardless of whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
  13. Participant agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to participation in the Event.
  14. Participant agrees to comply with all the rules, regulations, instructions, and decisions of [ZIL Money-Manorama] and its representatives regarding participation in the Event. Participant understands that failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Event.
